As a supplier I've been impressed by at least three qualities that Wayne was gifted with. The first one in the sense of the human factor in a project. He's a great motivating leader, an inovative communicator and a respectful partner. As a consequence of this, the second is his sense of team building. He knows and understands how to get the most effective project team. And finally, Wayne showed us that Quality and Lead Time are the key success factor of a project and was hard-and-fast on it.
