I met Wayne during the most exciting project I ever participated to. Wayne was Project Co-ordinator for a major reorganization of the Brewery in Burton on Trent and I was project manager for the supply of equipment to the packaging lines. As a supplier I've been impressed by at least three qualities that Wayne was gifted with. The first one in the sense of the human factor in a project. He's a great motivating leader, an inovative communicator and a respectful partner. As a consequence of this, the second is his sense of team building. He knows and understands how to get the most effective project team. And finally, Wayne showed us that Quality and Lead Time are the key success factor of a project and was hard-and-fast on it. I am sure that by meeting the above he was also perfectly controling the financial side of the project. As a conclusion, I learnt a lot when working with him and I can assure that Wayne belongs to the most experienced and competent Project Leaders I know.

Wayne is a highly knowledgeable and capable project manager with good attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering projects to budget and within timescales. In addition, Wayne has good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively lead and get the best out of a team. Wayne is not afraid to challenge the expected way of doing things and introduce new ways of working to accomplish the required objectives.
