  Managing the installation of all shell and core CHW, LTHW (plant & pipework) public health and domestic services of a new build 21 storey building. The building is providing both office and retail space in Blackfriars Rd London. The installation is a mixture of both modular plant, risers and on site fabrications. I'm currently managing operatives consisting of subcontractors, agency and GBE's own company men to carry out the work to the high standard required whilst ensuring all health & safety training and procedures are carried out. My input into this project covers - Day to day management of the mechanical workforce. Ordering of all materials required to the given specification. Planning, coordination, problem solving and inspection of the mechanical installations. Keeping all office work up to date including plant maintenance, delivery / distribution of materials, writing and distribution of Method Statements / Risk Assessments, CVI's, RFI's, time sheets, Health & safety, training, Carbon footprint records, as-built drawings, quality check sheets and test sheets. Before entering into Building Services industry i completed my apprenticeship at Tees Base Engineering, based at Simon Storage (Seal Sands).
