I have reported to many leaders in my career at Bombardier and rarely do you come across someone as dynamic, open minded and results driven as Wayne. My time working with him has been enlightening. He has a unique ability to work through the grey zones and his strong communication skills and his ability to get people on board with an idea is contagious. He is positive and finds the best in everything. He also has a great sense of people, very precise and knows quickly where the person will flourish or needs development. Overall, Wayne is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him for leadership roles.
