  I am the Regional Practice Leader for RTW, Inc. As such, I am in charge of our SelectRite and PlaceRite programs. SelectRite is a pre-hire screening tool that is successful is screening out 31% of applicants, prior to the initial interview, that demonstate drug use, theft, lying, violence, and entitlment issues. SelectRite is a pre-hire screening tool that is successful is screening out 31% of applicants, prior to the initial interview, that demonstate drug use, theft, lying, violence, and entitlment issues. PlaceRite is RTW's light-duty placement program that places injured employees, employees, whose employers are not able to accomodate inhouse, in non-profit positions within their physical restrictions. The ultimate goal of the PlaceRite program is to shorten the duration of the worker's compensation, save the employer worker's compensation costs, and get the employee back to full-duty as quickly as possible.
