Cellence Plus is a subsidiary of the global construction and engineering group, Laing O’Rourke. I led the business in Australia having permanently relocated from the UK in April 2014 where I previously launched and led the business in Europe. Cellence Plus Australia delivered Executive Search and Leadership Advisory services to the construction and infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on supporting Laing O’Rourke in attracting and retaining world class, senior level talent to its Southern hub (Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia). My role included full setup (budgeting, reporting, infrastructure, recruitment of the team) and development of all systems and processes to support the provision of an industry leading service having launched Cellence Plus from first principles. I also directly delivered executive search assignments for key roles within Australia, SE Asia and Europe.
