My project partner and I would finish school at 3pm and stay up writing code until the early morning hours. We were delivering code to an active user base in the tens of thousands, and at the time had no idea of the significance of that. We just got on with it. I like to think that this attitude we developed of "getting stuff done" has stuck with me throughout my career.
