Hannah is a "get it" person. I mean that in several ways. She gets it done. When other team members failed to do their portion, she stepped up to get the project done. She took on the greater role to make everyone look good. And, she did a fantastic job. When she had signed up for an off-site event and had a family requirement an hour away, she still went to the off-site. She met us there to meet her commitment of having signed up. As a former military officer, I was impressed by her duty concept. I am hard-pressed to explain how impressed I am by her intellect and personality. She is remarkable. If you have a chance to hire her, do so. You will be impressed and glad you gave her a chance. She is rare. She will go far. She will take others with her.
