Warren was involved with following three transactions with the company:1) Potential estimated £400 million acquisition and merger of a large UK food manufacturing company with one of the divisions of Premier Foods. The project involved the pre-deal synergy and cost review for the potential merger of the two companies. Warren’s role involved taking lead of logistics and manufacturing workstreams and managing and delivering the associated cost and headcount baseline, synergy and cost to achieve elements.2) £1.2 billion acquisition and merger of RHM with Premier Foods. The project involved the post-deal cost baseline establishment, business case preparation to validate synergies and cost and implementation of a benefit and cost tracking and reporting process. Warren’s roles involved establishing the cost baseline of one of the divisions of RHM in line with Premier Food’s profit and loss structure and taking finance lead of the manufacturing review across 11 factories, which resulted in the outcome of 6 factories being closed.3) £460 million acquisition and merger of Campbell’s Foods UK and Irish divisions with Premier Foods. Premier Foods proposed to close and move production from numerous target locations and integrate with their existing production facilities to obtain identified synergies.
