DTPW:EI is responsible for the construction and maintenance of all government schools in the Western Cape. I supervise a team of 3 quantity surveyors. We appoint and manage external PrQS’ that run the individual projects on our behalf. Some of my roles include managing the team, assisting with contractual complications, managing and reporting on budgets and cashflows on an programme level as well as sub-programme and individual project basis.
