I recommend Warren based on the work we have done together at Oracle Corporation (former Sun Microsystems). I have worked with Warren for a couple of years and have built up an very positive and strong relationship with him within our European team. Warren is a very smart, sales focused person with very good communication skills always looking for the best solution in each situation. He is is innovative with the ability to think out of the box . He is proactive with his decision-making which has resulted in problems being dealt with accurately and in a timely manner. He always contacted the right people to get a holistic view of the situation and gave regular and informative updates. He takes responsibility for actions and never fails to complete a task that is assigned to him. It was a pleasure to work with Warren during the last years at Sun Microsystems / Oracle .

I know Warren from his expat experience in Prague when he was responsible to project, set up and train a brain new division of the shared services center in Prague (+60 people). He was responsible to ensure the team is ready and up to speed to take over responsibilities into the center within 6 months period. Warren has proofed to be a strong project manager who was able to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time, ensured team readiness and overall success of the handover project. He was ready to deal with unforeseen situations (planned tool implementation got postponed), different cultures and grew his reputation to a strong, driven and capable project manager. Thanks to his great success and experience he was eventually nominated as sales account manager for the volume team after his return to the UK. I strongly recommend Warren to any project management, operation manager position as for his skills and experience in this field.
