The project entailed creating interfaces between Workday and numerous HCM, payroll, and time-keeping systems in a multi-company and multi-hospital environment. • Created interfaces from Workday that consisted of multilevel XML structures containing employee data that was consumed by an Ensemble XML Object Service, routed and filtered based on rule sets, and transformed to fixed length or delimited text files for downstream systems, using either record maps or complex record maps. • Created interfaces to Workday that consisted of text files parsed into record maps or complex record maps, routed based on rule sets and transformed to Workday csv formats. • Developed custom BPLs to handle complex routing and alert checking scenarios and custom Caché ObjectScript functions to navigate the complexities of the Workday XML data in routing rules and data transformations.
