  In charge of the 1st shift maintenance crew. Participated in supervision and maintaining the preventative maintenance program to assure machinery, buildings were kept in workmanlike condition, meeting or exceeding regulatory compliance, e.g. USDA, GMPs, OSHA, environmental etc. Supervised maintenance department personnel in day-to-day operation to insure minimal downtime.
