My responsibilities involved managing the club’s Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts, publishing regular content for all six teams, with more than 150 posts throughout the year.I redesigned and relaunched the website of the club, and then kept it up to date throughout the year with the fixtures and results of the six teams in the club.

      • Nov 2016 - Oct 2017

Responsible for managing a student-run committee of 8 students and dealing with all matters related to coaching staff, club members, UCT Sports Administration and external league associations (SAFA, CTTFA and USSA). Required careful time-management to balance my University academics and Football Club commitments, as well as interpersonal skills to manage all the various relationships and people that I was working alongside. At the start of the season we decided to add a third Women's team to the club (in addition to the current 4 Men's teams and 2 Women's teams) in order to promote the development of Women's football at the University, so necessary planning was required to ensure a smooth integration of this new team into the club.During this season the Women’s 1st team won the SAFA Cape Town Regional Women’s League (earning promotion to the Sasol League, the top women's football division in South Africa) and placed 4th at Varsity Football, whilst the Men’s 1st team won the CTTFA 2nd Division.
