I had the pleasure to be the Waref's team leader. He has been assigned to responsibility to run our main Web Application: ICP (ITER Collaborative Platform). ICP is a middle sized application with more than 400 concurrent users, with an average of 3 requests per second. ICP is hosting 50 web applications with theirs database, ICP production environment is composed of 10 server with different Role. With our development team working in continuous integration and agile methodology, ICP is released about 1 to 3 time per day without user interruptions. Waref as system administrator He has been monitoring the production environment, detect issues and resolving them. As Production Developer he has taking care of releases, coordinate patch deployments or directly addressing them, write and execute script for configure application providing second level user support. His stay at ITER was for him a long mission in different county, he handled private challenges well so they didn’t interfere with is quality of service. I am truly impressed by his dedication to the team and to the project, always available and trustworthy.
