Value Stream Mapping, opzetten verschillende informatieanalyses als o.a. klantforecast betrouwbaarheidsmetingen, leveranciers leverbetrouwbaarheidsmeting en het meten van de ERP en dashboard informatiebetrouwbaarheid. Werkzaamheden project 2: door een verschuivende markt naar een nieuwe productietechnologie zal RPC-Bebo Beuningen binnen 12 maanden gesloten worden. Het productievolume zal worden verdeeld over de andere productieplants in Europa. Mijn aandeel hierin is het ondersteunen van de Project Coördinator in het initiëren, tot stand brengen en coördineren van het internationale projectteam gedurende de verhuizing. Show less
