Ward is een echte iniator met een duidelijke visie en de juiste managementskills. We hebben bijna twee jaar samen gewerkt en in die tijd de examentrainingen van de Bijlesleraar van de grond gekregen. Ward gaf mij de vrijheid het project naar mijn hand te zetten terwijl hij zorg droeg voor de randzaken. Gedurende ons project stond Ward altijd open voor nieuwe iniatieven en daarbij weet hij ook precies hij hoe een idee/concept converteert tot een operationeel project. Hij is zeer gepassioneerd, kan makkelijk met mensen opschieten en is niet bang om in het diepe te springen. Het was een waar genoegen om met Ward de examentrainingen van de Bijlesleraar te organizeren.

Ward is a straight forward and hands on kind of manager/director. Always knows how to combine vision with new initiatives and there is no solution he can not think about. He makes a very delicate type of care and management seem easy, and is always there for customer, clients and employees. Day and night he will go for the believes that his line of work does not stop after six o'clock, and do not alway need an standard approach. Care, passion, creativity and vision are his main characters and thats what takes him and xs2care one step further than other youth/care institutes. While helping him create his website, office/brand interior and other ways to approach the market and its clients, he was a pleasure to work with. Ideas could be shared and combined into the best option!
