FUEL SYSTEM FUEL OIL SYSTEM: -Performed the Complete Fabrication and erection along all NDT tests and Quality Control checks of Fuel storage Tanks as per API 650 Code. Performed the Installation of all pumps ( Fuel Transfer/Fuel Forwarding) being used in Fuel Oil system. Installation according to the level adjustment/elevation as agreed in design.Primary and secondary grouting release. -Checked the alignment of pumps (axial/perpendicular). -witnessed the Test Run of pumps (inspected Temp/Vibration/noise).Lubrication ,filters,Air entrapped being checked. Pipe supports , Painting , Insulation being agreed in design is performed and checked with all relevant standards. Installed the equipment and scrub/storage tanks of waste oil treatment system being associated in fuel oil system. FUEL GAS SYSTEM: According to P&ID , Isometric , General Arrangement drawing the interconnect piping fabrication in shop and Field erection of pipe Spools as per relevant Code. -Fuel gas Boosting Compressors (03 Nos) , Installation and pre-commissioning as per installation D-----Drawing and approved construction/commissioning manuals. -Performed and responsible for Insulation of pipes and tanks/vessels where applicable (cold & warm) alumina silicate , Foam Fiber Glass.
