• To carry out walkthrough and site safety inspection for corrective recommendations of all safety deviations at the site. • Responsible for preparing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA); Job safety Analysis (JSA); Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment. • Completing site safety induction to all new personnel engaged at the site and for visitors. • Support HSE Manager in the practical implement at ion of the company HSE Policy and procedures. • Monitor that the proper barricades and safety signs are in place, educating the work force in operation to follow & respect the safety signage’s • Conducting general safety training for personnel’s like Fire Extinguisher, Safe Operation with power tools, Responding to emergency and safely tackling fire etc. • Conduct site inspections and walk through to monitor the safety of personnel and property by identifying work related hazards and taking appropriate and reasonable measures for required safety correction. • Conducting Daily Tool Box Talks and assist supervisors/ foremen’s to conduct tool box talks prior to start the job. • Inspection of Plants and Equipment’s to ensure that safe operation with plants, equipment and facilities are in best working order prior to use. • Keep all safety records (Tool Box talks, competent personnel list and certificates, Heavy equipment list and certificates). • Responsible for conducting accident/ incidence investigation and review/ analysis of the same to avoid future occurrences. • Ensures work permits are in place prior to start of work and strict adherence & implementation of permit requirements. • Coordinating with safety teams to conduct Emergency Fire Drills as per Emergency Response Plan ( ERP). • Responsible for closing NCR in case of any deviation as recommended by Consultant. • Part of schedule walk through with consultant and client team to enhance EHS at work place.
