  • Give orientation and training to newly hired QA Inspector. Compliance to Housekeeping & Hygiene Standards.• Ensure that all staff is wearing uniform, safety shoes, masks, Hair cover, glove etc. Ensures good housekeeping and hygienic conditions at the plant.• Process monitoring and inspection of all processing areas (Roasting, grinding, Mixing & Packing). Also make sure that SOP's are followed in all Quality and Production activities.• Ensure and monitor the implementation of protocols in all process area i: e Allergen, Retention samples protocols.• To verify and maintain traceability of PMS/RMS Material Receiving physically against System TN (transfer note).• Ensures that finished products are recorded and stacked properly and all transfers to Warehouse.• Execute and prepare Gap analysis reports for GMP and Process improvement and share gaps with the concern departments.• Make sure that SOP's are followed in all QC activities.• Inspection & releasing of semi-finished and finished items in SAP within lead time.
