The Molecularium Project focuses on developing an AR Android App which uses OpenGLES and ARtoolkitX to simulates molecules' structures and movements. My job is improve a richer interface and add more functions for simulations. More specifically, I’m implementing the dynamic molecule simulations which will show how ions or metal atom form to a chemistry cluster.

I'm working on a multi-windows system called Campfire, and I design and implement several applications for it. Generally, I and my teammates use R and some R package (shiny, mwshiny, ggplot) to build communication between each window. Furthermore, I visualize different type data in this system. For example, one window shows several violin plots with time on the y-axis, and when the user select a period, another window will show a corresponding node-edge graph.● Work in a creative research institute with a multi-window system called Campfire. I worked on AutoGrading which is an open source project. Basically, this project trains the computer to recognize hand-written characters so that it can help grade answer sheet and store the scores in database. I designed the Sign Up web page and create the database to store users' information individually using python and Jinja2. Besides, I helped to build the database to store thousands samples of hand-written characters. I worked on AutoGrading which is an open source project.
