  As a high school recruiter, my main objective was to find and attract talented students to our school. This would involve reaching out to middle schools, attending my highschool events, and even hosting open houses at the school to give potential students and their parents an opportunity to learn more about our programs.

I also completed weekly harvest reports for management to review, including rejected vs walked fields summary. Also calibrated EC meters to ensure proper reading of fertilizer concentration.
