      The Elephant Rock Trail Run is a challenging trail race through an area that is truly a hidden gem in the Wasatch Mountains.The course is a moderately challenging trail race at Elephant Ridge and The Chute sections, but then it turns into one of the most scenic loop courses (13.8 miler), a loop and reverse loop (26.8 miler), or a run to Elephant Rock (7 miler) through the Wasatch Mountains above Bountiful, Utah. A 50k (31.1 miles) course is being added to the Event.The Elephant Rock Trail Run is sanctioned by USA Track & Field.______________________________________________• Created the events from the ground up, developed effective policies, processes and tools• Oversees the design scenarios and simulations for race courses, implementation of events, due diligence meetings, industry sponsorship as well as key internal initiatives for this non-profit (Grew client base to 80 accounts in year 1)•Responsible for the strategy and execution of events by being the main contact for City officials, Forest Service Department, all customers, partners/sponsors, volunteers, and spectators• Creates analysis of market reception and current competitors to create brand awareness that would be seen as unique and enticing to potential customers (year 2: worked with marketing brand partner to design unique event awards)• Gathers customer feedback and implement improvements, and continuously updating and monitoring online and social media presence to ensure all potential customers are reached•Responsible for revenue generation and encourage repeat business/participation (volunteering loyalty program,elite participation)•Schedules and communicates all logistics with all venues, sponsors, and participants•Examines and evaluates each events to determine effectiveness and value (year 3 proposal: addition of a new 50k/31 miles race course in the Great Western Trail/Wasatch Front)
