Wanda joined The Leadership Group LLC in 2017 bringing extensive knowledge in business and general management including more than 30 years of experience within such industries as Banking, Proprietary Schools and Retail Management. Her role as strategic business partner to the field included consulting with executive leaders, assessing and diagnosing issues and recommending performance improvement solutions, all customized to each unique situation.As a Consultant with, The Leadership Group, Wanda brings a strong set of Human Resources skills including performance management and succession planning, leadership coaching and organizational development, training and facilitation, employee relations and retention. Wanda has a bachelor degree in Human Resource Administration from Concordia University – Ann Arbor and was accepted into its Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Administration (OLA) Program. Wanda enjoys community involvement and has volunteered and served on a variety of corporate and faith-based boards and committees including Capital Area United Way- Lansing, Salvation Army Flint Citadel and Mott Community College-Flint. Wanda opened a small retail shopping business, Wannie Style Handbags & Accessories, in 2010. In addition to business development opportunities through Internet, Women’s Expos, Vendor Exhibitions and Pop-Up Shopping Events for Charity, Wanda’s entrepreneurial endeavors included establishing a store presence in (3) major shopping malls and centers across Mid and West Michigan.
