• Staff Development Director

  As a staff development director, I will create and oversee training and other employee-development programs. For example, the staff development director at Mt. San Antonio College creates an environment that encourages ongoing professional development and also makes sure that all staff are trained to meet position-specific state and federal requirements. I also may oversee trainers or other instructors, develop and lead employee-orientation programs, and I may be involved in hiring developmental staff. Show less
