I have known Wanda Berry for over 15 years while at Schneider National Inc. Schneider is one of the largest transportation and logistics companies in North America. Wanda knows and understands the transportation industry from many levels. She started as driver and quickly became an over the road driver trainer. Many of the the drivers working in trucking today have Wanda to thank for her excellent training and development. Continuing her career, Wanda moved to Green Bay to become a driver instructor working with students at the Schneider driver training academy. After a successful role training students, Wanda became a front line team leader working in operations with experienced over the road drivers. She was promoted to a load planner and most recently moved to Canada as the Regional Manager of the Schneider Canadian operation. Wanda now has profit and loss accountability for the largest asset based international operation in Schneider. Wanda is a very strong leader, an excellent motivator of the people she leads and always focuses on the goals necessary to deliver the business results. She is a hard worker, fair in her approach and will go the extra mile to make sure that actions are implemented impeccably. She continues to grow and develop in whatever assignment she is assigned. Wanda Berry has accomplished a great deal and will continue to grow and develop in her career in transportation.

Wanda was a Driver Business Leader when she reported to me at Schneider National. She has excellent people skills shown in the how much her drivers loved working with her. She has solid business and transportation experience/knowledge. She demonstrated mastery over the technical aspects of the role. She was always proactive in getting her work done and in taking the initiative to work on projects that needed to get completed within the team. Strong coaching and mentoring skills as well.
