Linda Rybicki
Walter Baxter is a highly motivated and detail oriented employee. In a short amount of time he had mastered the store's POS system and became a very valuable asset to the staff. He consistently produced detailed charts and reports beyond what he had been tasked with. The information he provided made it much easier and quicker to analyze sales and determine future orders. Beyond being extremely competent in his position, Walter very graciously shared his knowledge and taught our staff skills that helped us each with our own tasks - myself included. Due to the keen understanding of his position and the system in place, he was able to competently manage the inventory of both locations of Boots Bridles and Britches.
