ABCCL Stat and Score Keeping Intern

Summer 2021: This is my second season interning for the Atlantic Baseball Confederation Collegiate League. Compared to last summer I am mostly focused the stat-keeping part of the job. Not only do I score the games live when in attendance, but I have shown enough to be tasked with scoring any other games in which there were no live stat-keeper. This means through communication with coaches and other officials, I upload the stats from various games to Pointstreak, the system we use to keep stats. Summer 2020: Worked as an intern for the Atlantic Baseball Confederation Collegiate League doing social media and stat-keeping. For social media I would promote the upcoming games and would tweet during the game providing score updates, pitching changes, etc. As a stat-keeper, I recorded every result from the game into our computer system Pointstreak. This ensured stats were correct and up to date. Show less
