  Served as President of Fiduccia Custom Shirts, Inc., a privately held high-end garment manufacturing company. I was responsible for developing, executing, and achieving overall corporate strategy. Oversaw the management for Fiduccia's sales, product, operations, and marketing departments, to ensure we maintained quality and performance in a continually evolving market. I also worked directly with the customers to understand their needs, which helped increase overall company growth. Responsible for implementing new company strategies for operational efficiencies and product innovation. This strategy helped Fiduccia develop from a US-only market to a global presence, exporting our products to new markets and customers all over the world.
