LOGEMER is a project which aim is to produce software that integrates Command, Control, Communications (C2) and Information environment that provides information management, logistic management and decision support to air, land and navy operation activities during humanitarian aid emergencies. LOGEMER provides functional support for the most critical Air, Land and Navy C2 tasks and logistic functions at the Combined Joint Task Force level, and Component level. My duties as project manager are: Accomplishes LOGEMER project staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
