  When i joined the then department of labour now Higher Education and Training, i was an instructor for bricklaying and civil engineering programmes from January 2007 to december 2009. My responsibilities included the development of learning material, planning, management and scheduling of course dates and compiled weekly and monthly reports to management. From August 2009 we ran train the trainer programmes parallel with technical Skills programmes on a phase out phase in method.In the train the tainer programme my responsibilities included Training, Assessment and moderation in the Assesor, moderator and facilitation unit standards for FET College lectures and technical training providers. This included the development of learning material, planning and schedulling training dates, communication with relevant stakeholders, the facilitation of compilation of P.O.E's. I provided feedback to candidates and their managers. Developed feedback reports for assessed P.O.E's and compiled weekly and monthly reports to management during the time INDLELA ran train the trainer programmes. I am currently involved in a 3 years Artisan Aides RPL pilot project. My responsibilities include planning, scheduling and implementation of the project objectives and activities. Since it is newly formed, i was involved initially in the recruitment, selction and appointing of RPL Advisors in all 9 provinces. I also trained the newly appointed advisors on the work thy are appointed for. I am currently engaged in the planning , scheduling and implimentation of the day to day activites that include company visits and rolling out of the programme locally and in other provinces.   Was an engineering lecturer teaching civil and mechanical subjects. I specifically taught Bricklaying N1, Buiding drawing N3, Building and Stuctural Construction N5 &N6, Engineering Science N1 and N3 as well as Mathematics N1 and N4. I developed notes for the learners assessed their test, provided term marks. I was involved in the planning of examinations and invigilation.
