I’m writing this note as a personal reference to Walkiria Pinheiro who is a dear friend and who was my coworker for my 11 years working at Innovation Computers. She has excellent verbal communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese which made her a key employee. Due to Walkirial’s ability to learn quickly, process large volumes of information (orders/emails//calls), she was the top salesperson for many years. Furthermore. her ability to work extremely well independently and responsibly, skills which in combination with all the others, earned the management respect. On a personal level, she is charismatic and very caring, both qualities that served her well in her role. Walkiria was a great employee and is an excellent friend. I know she can manage any operational and/or administrative responsibility with discipline. I am also confident she will surpass all expectations for any position considering she is driven, self-confident, proactively helpful, and smart. I have no doubt Walkiria will continue to find success wherever she goes.

I always admired Walkiria’s ability to endure and persevere on difficult tasks and also her motivation and enthusiasm towards her work and people . She works well as a team and also as an individual , she is extremely attentive to details in order to get things done. Personally , I have known her for ove 20 years and I can tell that she is the type of person that is a blessing to have around . Her witty and good humored nature is always refreshing and contagious , she will be an asset to any company that hire her.
