Management of 9 logistical contracts (SAROST/MARIDIVE/TUNISAVIA/K.DAMMAK SHIPPING/TBH TRANSPORT/SNDP/ INSTITUT NATIONAL DE LA MÉTÉOROLOGIE/GUESMI NETTOYAGE DES NAVIRES/MANUTENTION DU PORT) including monitoring, achievements, and performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Cost Saving: Reduction of logistics costs, looking for a better optimization of fees. Preparation of Safety & technical Meeting with the logistic team. follow-up and analysis of Arial, Marine and terrestrial transportation spend. Following supply boats monthly statements (fuel consumption, loading / unloading equipment, supply the site with diesel, equipment, water, foods ...) and monthly statements of the helicopter (flight schedule, flight number, rate occupation of the helicopter, ...)
