  To support and lead routine maintenance activities and processes within the designated area of responsibility and manage the day-to-day activities of a multi-skilled maintenance team of supervisors and technicians. Ensure that all onsite routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities are carried out in accordance with operational standards, quality requirements and maintenance plans and schedules. Responsibilities:•Provide technical leadership and on the ground support to all routine maintenance activities including maintenance, repair and calibration of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, heat, ventilation and air conditioning systems within the designated area of responsibility.•Ensure optimizing the availability and reliability of all equipment and systems in the designated area through inspecting repair and maintenance works performed employees and contractors on a regular basis.•Distribute and coordinate work assignments among the area maintenance team to execute daily routine maintenance plans and ensure timely completion.•Organize and facilitate regular maintenance meetings with Area Operations team, Maintenance Coordinator and Planner to discuss daily notifications and prepare weekly schedules.•Perform a root cause analysis on faulty equipment and request an in-depth failure analysis and reliability improvement studies on equipment with complex problems to minimize the likelihood of problems recurrence.•Follow-up on contractors’ completed works and verify contractors’ invoices against contract terms and specifications.
