As a top performer in my company, I have a clear idea of what it takes to be one of the best, Waldo checks all the boxes. Right at the start of his employment with us he has top the charts in terms of activity and received his first self-generated deal within his first month. At the moment that I saw great potential in Waldo, I started investing more time in training him, and after that, his performance skyrocketed even more by receiving his first quarterly bonus shortly after.
