Walalakewon is a cheerful, professional individual, highly skilled in all matters political. I would recommend her for any job, but particularly a job relating to politics.

I met Walakewon in 2006 when she campaigned for Tom Perez who formed a slate with my candidate. Walakewon and I were responsible for the same region and worked with each other on a daily basis. Later, both of us were on Rushern Baker's organizing committee before we were colleagues as co-directors of Prince George's County for Obama. Walakewon is a smart and experienced organizer. She is a careful planner who analyzes various options for costs and benefits. Once she or the campaign commits to a plan, she executes it forcefully and energetically. Thanks to her perceptive personality and excellent people skills, Walakewon has the ability to obtain commitments from the people around here. She certainly brought out the best in me and others, which benefited her candidate. It was a pleasure working with her and I am looking forward to opportunities to do so again.
