Wayne is a leader who leads from the front, and makes sure that each of us know of his interest in helping us to succeed both as a team and as individuals. In his role as President of Stenden University Qatar I did not report directly to Wayne, but he made it his business to be aware of all of what we were doing, and to take an active hand in helping us to design new courses and curricula to help our students, and to grow professionally ourselves. In short, not only did Wayne make sure that the team did what needed to be done, but he also provided us the opportunity to go further, to reach for excellence, and to support us along the way.
