Key Responsibilities:‎ ‎•‎ Preparation of Baseline Project Schedule using Critical Path Method (CPM) in ‎Primavera P6 software.‎ ‎•‎ Designing of WBS and assigning of activity codes for activities.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing Project WBS, Project Planning Procedure, Progress Measurement Methodology & Project Co-ordination Procedure.‎ ‎•‎ Preparation of overall construction programs, and monitoring project progress against ‎them.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing the project schedule according to the given time frame and availability of ‎resources, for Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.‎ ‎•‎ Planned Schedules, analysis in the change of contract scope/delay, if any, etc.‎ ‎•‎ Preparation of weekly progress reports, monthly progress reports, look-ahead programs, bar charts, and S-curve.‎ ‎•‎ Allocation of Manpower for getting an optimal result (Resource leveling).‎ ‎•‎ Consultant and sub-contractors meetings.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing Critical Activity list.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing the Project Master Schedule using Critical Path Method (CPM) by coordinating with all departments like Engineering, Procurement & Construction ‎using MS Project.‎ ‎•‎ Provide technical support for Sr. Cost Estimation Engineer in preparation of the ‎Tender by developing time schedule for the projects in tender stage showing the ‎Required Duration and Manpower.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing Project WBS, Project Planning Procedure, Progress Measurement Method- ‎ology & Project Co-ordination Procedure.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing the project schedule according to the given time frame and availability of ‎resources, for Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing Monthly Progress Report & Weekly Progress Report & submit to Client/Owner.‎ ‎•‎ Maintaining and updating the Shop Drawings and Procurement list.‎ ‎•‎ Preparing Critical Activity list.‎ Show less
