PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri (PPLI) is an Indonesian company that providing collection, recycling, treatment and disposal services for hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste. I currently work in this company as Safety Project Controller. The responsibility of SHEQ Inspector Project is 1. To coordinate with all SHEQ personnel regarding all technical & administration activity 2. Coordinate with other department in PPLI related with all implementation of SHEQ programs at Medco, ConocoPhillips and Premier Oil Project site, such as: Internal Project HSE inspection, Manhours recording, Tool box meeting, SBO card achievement, training, Safety Equipment, PPE, Etc 3. To ensure HSE Plan document completeness & implementation at Medco, ConocoPhillips and Premier Oil Project site. Principal Responsibility: 1. Arrange to conduct training for project purposes 2. Lead incident & ncr investigation, analysis, correction and reporting related with the project 3. Prepare JSA & HIRADC for all all Project site and Depo CTS & BTS 4. Handle customer audit at Head Office & Project site 5. Prepare HSE Plan and all required safety document for new project 6. Review Safety Document regularly (HSE Plan, ERP, Medivac, etc) – Annually, should be legalized and well socialized 7. Support KoM and another project/customer meeting /forum 8. Schedule and support HSE Visit project 9. Schedule and support Management Visit project 10. Ensure all project crew are well trained suitable with each project requirement (make Training plan for project and do coordination with Supervisor Corporate) 11. Set up all project KPI and control regularly (per month) & ensure all KPI achieved as per determined previously 12. Prepare all PPE & Safety Equipment needed for project 13. Support commissioning unit/heavy equipment for project purposes 14. Ensure all project already conducted JMP by Transport Dept and ensure already socialized to related crew Show less
