I have had the privilege to work with Waheeda as part of my team at Sasol and at Clinix Health Group. She has a wealth of local and international experience and demonstrates expertise in all areas of her work. Waheeda works with integrity, is very ethical and brings a can do energy to any team and business. She is adept and is able to add value and deliver as an all round HR Professional. She has delivered outstanding work on several key organisational development initiatives including the design of the organisation's performance management system, role profiling for all clinical roles and contributing to the development of the company's rewards policy. As part of the hospitals Management Committee she was accountable for achieving the mandatory growth targets in compliance with the Department of Health requirements. She would quickly add value to any organisation and I highly recommend Waheeda.

Waheeda reported to me for 2 years whilst at Sidra Medicine. She is very diligent, passionate about her work, strategic, professional, results oriented and always goes the extra mile for her clients. Her internal compass and personal values are strong and teamwork, trust, transparency and integrity always show in the way she interacts with people. She has done great work in the employee relations field including multiple workplace investigations, resolved grievances and facilitated mediations. She also did excellent work in the organisation development area which included employee engagement, performance management, attendance management interventions as well as leading the development and facilitation of leadership development programs. She is a strategic problem solver and her decision making is based on facts. Her outputs are always of a high standard and she works at a fast pace. She will be an asset to any HR Team and I highly recommend her.
