Bio
Gaurav Ray Chaudhury
I have known Wahaj since 2017, when I served as his reporting manager for a resource planning and deployment project, which he was leading from offshore. As a part of this new project, Wahaj designed the pharmaceutical salesforce deployment for a specialty based organization, which had a product portfolio across Urology, Orthopedics, and Endocrinology. Wahaj's key strengths lie in analytical thinking and communication. He independently managed the clients, captured requirements, brainstormed on design and synthesis of the analyses, and finally delivered on time and with high accuracy. He received very positive response from the client on overall client management and engagement. Wahaj has also made significant strides in investing in creativity and innovations. He diligently prioritized the learnings from ongoing operations, and identified key areas of transformation in his workstream. He led a widely appreciated transformation exercise followed by structured change management to implement the changes. He has acquired multiple transferable skills from his current engagement, such as analytical thinking and attention to details, which are required for any stream of business, profession or education. He is a quick learner and a great colleague to work with!

I worked closely with Wahaj on a sales force compensation engagement for a pharmaceutical major in the US Healthcare market. Right from the onset, I realized that Wahaj had tremendous motivation to learn new tasks and took initiatives to simplify complex concepts that can be easily explained to the clients - his strong problem solving and analytical ability, not only to process data but also to drive insights from it, is something rare to find at his tenure. All this coupled with strong written and interpersonal communication make him an ideal fit for the consulting industry. Once Wahaj gains expertise and domain knowledge under his belt, I'm pretty sue he'll be an ideal fit for the data driven consulting industry. My experience while working with him at ZS was phenomenal!
