  With more than 40 years and extensive action on these sectors I am starting this new activity. In my carrier and as a former Dow Strategic Planning & Business Analysis Director I lead several M&A negotiations including: * Petrochemical Triunfo sales from Dow to Petrobras, * Acquisition of Branco by Dow, * JV formation for green Polyethylene is Santa Vitoria. I also co-designed the full acquisition of Copene by Braskem (it was supposed to be split betwen Dow and OPP, but due to political internal disputes into Dow it end up as a sole acquisition by OPP/Mariani) with professional of Odebrechet branch at that time. I made the valuation for Dow by the bid taht end up on the acquisition of PBB (Bahia Blanca complex) in Argentina. I participated as the evaluator and member of negotiation team of several other M&A activities by Dow. Some of them were EDN acquisition and disposal, Petroquimica Triunfo acquisition, Spuma Pack disposal, Pronor (now Isopol) acquisition, and many others. I produced a technical book still not published on Economic Evaluation, written in Portuguese.
