Had the opportunity to work together with Wagner for more than 1 year in ISS Facility Service where he was a coordinator in my area. Wagner is a very driven, motivated, honest, loyal and action oriented professional that makes things happen and delivers. Wagner is a very good teamplayer and always willing to assist. Also he comes proactively with suggestions in order to help improving the team. During the period we worked together we initiated a working capital project which resulted in a significant improvement of the account receivable balances. This is largely because of the action and follow up approach of Wagner and his positive energy resulted in a positive and lasting turn around of the area. All in all Wagner goes the extra mile for the team which makes him a valuable asset for any team.
