Over the last 20 years Matt and I have crossed paths several times, most recently at Microsoft in Teams Engineering. I can say without reservation that Matt is stand out technical talent and works with diligence and attention to detail. He is literally The Guy behind the PowerBI dashboards used to analyze Microsoft Teams media quality. Matt is one of a kind resource who would make an invaluable addition to any organization running their collaboration services on Microsoft Teams. I don't think there is anyone on the planet who knows those dashboards better than Matt. Looking beyond Teams and Media quality, I'm confident that Matt could take those skills and apply them to any other data analysis and visualization task; or quite frankly, any other project that he puts his mind to. He will quickly become an invaluable addition to any organziation.
