I have worked with Wade for over 20 years and can attest that he has been highly successful in every role he has been assigned. His people skills are secondary to none. In each assignment he improved morale in his group. He is a fair and honest manager who treats his team with respect. He is a problem solver. Time and time again, we asked Wade to take on difficult assignments and he always turned the group around solved the business problem. He has an astounding ability to get to the root of an issue. His efforts as part of the marketing leadership at Alltel Wireless were central to raising our consideration scores and accelerating customer growth. In Wade's latest assignment at AWCC he was critical in getting the business transferred to entirely new platforms in a very narrow window of time. He was responsible for recruiting, negotiating with the seller, getting getting governmental approvals and more. He was employee number 2 of what became the 9th largest wireless provider in the US and as such he had to be highly competent at every imaginable task. Indeed he was; his strong operational background was paramount to our success. Wade ultimately became our CAO. This was a great fit his leadership skills and his broad set of talents. Wade acts like an owner; he treats every dollar as if it came from his own pocket. He has no agenda other than motivating and supporting his team to achieve the mission. He can be highly effective in small or large teams. He deflects praise and always gives credit to those who earned it. He simply gets the job done. I endorse Wade with no reservations.
