I had the pleasure of being one of Colonel Adair's Airmen during his time at the 31st Medical Group. During this time he was an incredibly inspiring leader and balanced the value of our patients and his staff. Something that meant a lot to me, being only a low-level manager, was that as soon as he met me he always remembered my name. Our facility was large enough that this meant so much to me. I have taken the lessons I've learned under the leadership of Wade into my civilian life and am thankful for the opportunity to work with him.
