Darryl is an extremely bright and focused individual. I found him to be highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. His work definitely fit the team atmosphere as he not only brought a tremendous amount of experience to the table but he also was open to the ideas and experience of the rest of the team. When more research needed to be done to finalize a decision, he not only accepted what others discovered, but also performed his own research on the subject in order to come up with the best solution to the problem. I have never known him to expect something from somebody else that he wouldn’t do himself and if something needed to be done in order to get a job done he was first in line to do it. If I weren't many years retired I would consider it a privilege to work either with or for him again.
