Coordinate CL accreditations for Carbon Literate Organisations, CL courses and trainers.I criteria check 8-hour long courses against a standard and support new trainers in delivering the best training possible. I liaise with organisations to ensure they meet our criteria for accrediations and awards.Alongside my team, I helped to organise our CLO awards 2023 which saw 70 organisations being awarded.I also support and assign tasks to our project officers, placement students and volunteers whilst keeping on top of emails and invoices and large databases.

As a climbing instructor, I lead different sessions for a wide range of age groups. From children as young as two-year old to adults and everything in between, I learnt to lead classes and coach in an egaging and fun manner. Sustainability Ambassador

As a sustainability ambassador and part of my Residential Advisor role, I planned and ran a clothes and book exchange event, in halls of residence, called Pop-Swap. This individual event was aimed at encouraging students to adopt more sustainable behaviour patterns. All remaining items were donated to the British Heart Foundation. As part of this role, I also worked in a team, at a fast pace, to clear out student accommodation identifying items that can be recycled or donated to charity. This maximised recycling/ reuse as part of the Give It Don't Bin It campaign.

Residential Advisor

Provided support, signposting and a friendly face to talk to for students in the halls of residence.As part of a team of residential advisors, I planned, ran, and evaluated events ranging from movie nights, socials to sporting event. I went above and beyond by organising two individual events.

My duties included assisting students staff and visitors with IT related issues, including troubles connecting to WIFI, errors with printers or PC's. This job increased my confidence with customers and allowed me to learn a wide range of IT skills.
