Duties: · Install operating systems, terminal client software, office applications, utility software · Install and set-up peripheral devices · Set-up user profiles and office automation · Set-up and installs PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) to the laptops and PC · Configure network equipment as instructed by supervisor · Set-up and configure user equipment for network usage · Configure 3G network devices · Upgrade memory, HDD (Hard drive), operating systems, service packs, replace processors · Increasing virtual memory · Dissemble and Assemble PCs · Showing the user how to use preferred applications. · Training needs and forward training needs to ICT · Install anti-virus client. · Install latest patches on PCs · Make sure that the client workstation is pointing to the right Administration server · Make sure the firewall is enabled on the PCs. · Verify the local administrator password is standard and not blank. · Participates in post implementation testing of solutions · Troubleshoot and repair ICT equipment · Take ICT equipment to third party for warranty or Maintenances / services. · Pocket Pc troubleshooting Show less
