Also worked on a number of projects such as the closed loop feed back survey which helps MTN to understand the level of satisfaction when a customer contact MTN's cantact centres; also the upgarde project, in which I build a model which identifies the subscriber who is close to contract termination and root the info to ITC for New affordability to be loaded from there, the model tries and associate a product that is most suited to the subscriber based on his last four months average spent or max spent as well as using the revised credit limit from ITC; MTN Tangoe project, here my responsibilies are to supply tangoe as as external BI company with billing related data for certain customers in which tariff optimization would be done; the Nashua to MTN migration, here my responsibilities were to build various reports that were recieved by this customers while they where still with Nashua.
