I was selected for and awarded the position of a City Representative for the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program in Pozarevac where I had the obligation to organize a small community project each month during my one-year mandate. This taught me the importance of community projects and allowed me to understand what young people in our community need - from workshops that develop professional skills such as CV writing and professional communication to people appreciation projects on Valentine's day, I've understood that small-scale projects are just as important and can truly bring about change.
